Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

I have not had a puff in for many years. The nastiest part concerning stopping smoking most likely the initial week. Luckily for me this these effects were short lived and stuff got better daily due to the e cigarettes. Please don’t toss in the towel. Please be strong and you inevitably you will succeed once and for all.

i understand where you are coming from…. if you are serious about giving up or giving yourself a break from it….. pick the day and stop and take each day as it comes….. you are addicted so you are going to have to withdrawal from it…. it ain’t a easy ride…. i have done 3 weeks in all….. but keep falling of the wagon…… good luck
